 A Very Versatile Shadow December 9, 2008

I've been using shadows only for awhile now and decided I wanted to try something different. This shadow is just perfect because you can wear it everday and it doesn't go anywhere (esp if you use Benefit's Lemon Aid before applying).
I have gray-blue eyes and bought "Birthday Suit" and "Skinny Jeans" to use together. I love them and I've found I can wear it with any lipstick color or blush!

I LOVE this eyeshadow, I have it in 3 shades but my favorite is RSVP. It is a great pinkish color and good for everyday wear. These eyeshadows don't crease up at all. You can put on a little to have a light shimmer or add a couple layers for a darker color. Sometimes I use a dark brown shadow over it and it looks really cool. I reccomend this shadow to everyone, but I would also recomend going to a benefit counter and have them try different shades on you so you know what looks best. They are at every Macy's I've been to. It you can't do that than I definitly recommend RSVP for fair skin.

I have four colors of this product and while I love the colors (and the names!) they definitely are NOT creaseless. I do not have oily skin and I don't use moisturizer on my eyelids, but these shadows always crease on me by the afternoon.
If you are looking for a product that truly does not crease, and has the same yummy consistency of these shadows, try Bobbi Brown Long Wear Eyeshadows. They aare a bit more expensive, but well worth it if you are looking for your shadow to stay perfect through a long work day and into the night.

I bought "My Dates My Brother" about 2 years ago. I was instantly hooked. I've never had great success with cream shadows before, they ran off on my oily skin, or clumped up in the crease. Not this stuff!! Stays right where you put it until you take it off. Over the day it sort of smooths out into this lovely glow, but still stays put. Looks fantastic with dark mascara. Also plays well with others - try a dark brown power shadow over it in the outer corners. Then I bought "RSVP" and it is now my every day go to eye makeup. Even if I don't wear anything else, I put on a little of either one of these. And, I'm still using the one I bought 2 years ago. Lasts a loooong time and a little goes a long way. A truely great product.

I love this cream eye shadow. I have bought several kinds however, the cream eye shadows by Benefit are by far my favorite must haves in my make up bag. This cream eye shadow gives you sheer buildable color that has not only staying power but does not crease. The color is oh so pretty (Strut) in particular that I love looking in the mirror when I put it on. I would state though that I would not use this product as an eye liner - I prefer to use shadow powders for that.
